Nancy Holder is a New York Times bestselling writer and the author of approximately seventy novels, including numerous tie-in books based on TV and movie “universes” such as MTV’s Teen Wolf, Hulk, Hellboy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Smallville, and Saving Grace. She has written four young adult dark fantasy and horror series as well as adult romance, horror, and fantasy titles. She is a five-time winner of the Bram Stoker Award for superior achievement in horror writing, and has received a Scribe Award for Saving Grace: Tough Love, and a Pioneer Award from Romantic Times for young adult fiction. Her work has appeared on recommended reading lists for the American Library Association, the American Reading Association, and the New York Public Library’s Stuff for the Teen Age. She has sold over two hundred short pieces, and her short stories have appeared in many “Best of” Anthologies including The Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror. She writes and edits comic books and graphic novels for Moonstone Books. She has taught at universities and writing conferences all over the world, and has served as faculty in the popular fiction department at Stonecoast for six and a half years.
